This is the second time that I've taken my car back for repairs to Mastertek and again I'm so happy with the work that they did on my car. They always give me an estimate on the cost of the repairs, they are friendly and honest people and the work is done the same day. When you need to leave your car, they will drive you home and deliver your car back to your home , if needed. I used to take my to Toyota for all repairs but NOT any more. Mastertek goes above and beyond in the work that they do. They are the BEST!!!

I started going there about a year ago. Every time I go to pick up one of my cars they make me feel like I'm visiting a friend. Me experience with this shop is always excellent. Work done properly ! I'm always pleasantly surprised. I never feel like I'm over paying. They also will do custom cars. They Replaced everything from radiator cap to gas cap and everything In between. The Mastertek team took my detail by phone and even allowed me to send a picture of the dashboard alert. I brought the car the next day and they immediately were able to identify and resolve the problem. I also added an Oil Change to my order. Dave tested our 2002 Accord for a few weeks over Quarantine to assess and/or replicate a stalling issue while car ran. Since we have time over the lockdown, we were able to leave car with him. After completing work he said "Drive it like crazy for a few weeks and let me know. I want to make sure it's 100% and you are satisfied with the work. Don't worry about payment right now. Drive it a couple weeks and let us know." Who does that today? This is part of what makes Mastertek a unique repair shop. I brought my BMW in for a check engine light. Mark determined that it was the thermostat and advised me there was Service Bulletin from BMW that may cover the repair. I was pleasantly surprised that Mark took the extra step to try to save me money. Turns out my car was not manufactured within the Service Bulletin date range and the dealer would not cover it. I'm very observative person especially when it comes to having my stuff serviced. First time I called them, Mark answered the phone. Very friendly and kind spoken person and had my vehicle scheduled for alignment. He even asked me the convenient time for me to take my car in. Went there the next day for my appointment. As soon as I walked in, Dave immediately greeted me and how I can be helped. Told Dave that I have an appointment for wheel alignment. I asked him how long will it take. He said between 2 and 3 hours. Then I asked him if there is a wallmart close by so I can sit and do some readings/shopping. Without hesitation, he dropped me off at Walmart. Did not take that long, I think it only took less than 2 hours and my vehicle is done and then John picked me up. They are all very friendly and like I said, they are not regular talker in and go kind of person. If you need your vehicle serviced, I will extremely and highly recommend Mastertek. I don't usually write reviews but, with this kind of service they perform for customers, I need to let you know that this is the "Where To Go Place" to service your car. And my CRV runs so smooth now. They have printed an image of what they did of how it was and before and after. Thank you Dave, Mark and John. You guys are awesome !!!! Having been a customer of Mastertek since 2005, Dave has always been informative while looking out in the best interest and concerns for the vehicle and customer. He and his crew provide excellent service and craftsmanship. Recently I had a problem with a cylinder cable on a Saturday, they able to get the part until the following Monday. With my concern and need to get to work. Dave's had his crew member (I am sorry I don't know his name) rig the cable up so I could make it work while we awaited the part. Dave then went further beyond and promised that if I became stranded to call him and he would arrange for the vehicle to be towed and pick me up. In the end there wasn't any problems getting to work and back. This is a one off experience, knowing Dave since 2005 this is his character speaking here, one of integrity in the work and business his runs. I not only like Dave and his team, but I trust them!
